With a 35m2 pool (non heated), bespoke sun beds, iconic outdoor settings & an outdoor dining area with BBQ (Charcoal), sink & pizza oven, this home has all the hallmarks of a unique hideout Hideaway in style with every conceivable comfort at your fingertips, the iconic Villa offers wonderful design, featuring three sublime bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen.

Nestled within a generous 1,000m² outdoor space, this captivating villa boasts a 35m² private swimming pool (1.45m deep, non-heated), surrounded by premium sun-beds and umbrellas for luxurious relaxation. Adults can unwind in style on the plush loungers before enjoying alfresco dining beneath the glowing sunset, in the shaded outdoor dining area designed for unforgettable moments. The open-plan living room and kitchen seamlessly connect to the pool terrace, offering effortless indoor-outdoor living. One of the bedrooms also provides direct access to the pool area, enhancing the sense of connection to the outdoors. Private parking is available just outside the villa, with space for up to two vehicles. We’ve just had a fantastic stay at Olithera Villa in Zakynthos from 4–11 October 2025\. The setting is beautiful, with wonderful mountain views and a peaceful, relaxing vibe. Our host was excellent—met us at the villa on arrival and immediately made us feel welcome and ready to enjoy our holiday.The villa is spotless. Cleaners came regularly with fresh bed linen and towels, which was a real bonus. We loved the private pool and the generous indoor–outdoor space. The outdoor cooking area is a highlight: the BBQ and pizza oven worked perfectly, making relaxed dinners a breeze. There’s also a great local butcher, Piperis, about an 8‑minute drive away—truly some of the best meat we’ve had and a fantastic shop overall.Location-wise, it’s around 15 minutes from the airport. A car is a must, but from here you can easily explore the whole island. We loved the balance of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend Olithera Villa—would happily stay again!
