Good place for a short stay
Location of this hotel was great- close to all main attractions. We had a small misunderstanding during check in, but later on the stuff was incredible helpful and nice! The room was clean and tidy, but it definitely needs some renovation. The worst part was the heating in the room- was so hot and the air was stuffy in the room. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi were nice as well. Funny thing was also that when I asked if we are going to have a view on the mountains receptionist told us rather not, but we did had a view on the wonderful winter mountains. Best thing in this hotel was breakfast! Amazing!

An easy walk to the city park, shops and restaurants but not in the middle of all the noise and crowds. Comfortable accommodations and nice breakfast buffet. We would stay again.

All staff exceptionally nice. Good view from our room on Gubałówka Very close distance to the major attractions in Zakopane.

Great location and fabulous facilities
Superb hotel, close to the town centre and with great facilities. Big room, with plenty of space and nice and clean. Lovely breakfast and best of all, the spa facilities which we loved. Excellent value for money, we plan to return next Christmas!

From the start it was a great experience, the receptionist was very helpful telling us about the area, the room was very clean and tidy, we had a room on the 3rd floor and had a balcony so in the morning we could sit out and drink coffee, breakfast was good and plentiful,it was a very enjoyable stay.

Convenient to town, great breakfast options...had a pool sauna and hot tub which is great after hiking all day...however, i think carpeting in the rooms should be updated with at least vinyl flooring. It tends to have an uncleaned smell in the room.....i would stay again though

Not very good service at all
Hi, we've stayed in Alma Boutique Hotel in Vienna for one night. We were very excited as the hotel is 4 stars and looks really nice on the pictures. Unfortunately, our expectations were higher than reality. To start with, we had the worst check in ever as the receptionist Eric was very rude, unrespectful, unwelcoming and unhelpful. We asked about the car park and he just pointed on the address without explaining how to get there (car park is about 7min walk from the hotel and very hard to find so we ended up driving for 20min around it). When I tried to asked him a question, he told me to stop interrupting while he's talking, wasn't very keen to collaborate on anything and keep saying 'no' to all my enquiries without apologies or explanation. I've never had to deal with customer service like that in the 4* hotel before. The rooms were decent and clean, but very small and the toilet didn't have a sink in so we had to go to the bathroom to wash our hands. Also, the walls are so thin that you can hear people talking in the room next door with full clarity. Breakfast was really good and the lady behind reception in the morning was lovely too, but we definitely won't be coming back to that hotel.

Nice hotel great location
A very nice and reasonably priced hotel. The breakfast was very good and better than expected. There was a very nice lady on reception who worked the night shift on the Saturday night 4/2/17 who gave us great recommendations on where to ski. The only downside was that the shower head holder was broken so we had to hold it.

Hotel Czarny Potok is situated just minutes away walking from Krupowki street. It offers amazing views no matter which balcony you look out from and has that welcoming effect as soon as you step in to the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Will definately be back to Zakopane (as there is so much to explore) and stay again at Czarny Potok.

Fantastic hotel I will stay again - soon I hope
This was a fantastic hotel.The rooms were big with table and chairs and balcony. It was only a short walk to the centre and had a car park opposite the hotel. The breakfast was good with a lots of different choices. The one fault was that the curtains in the rooms were very thin and did not keep out the light and were attached by clips so when you pulled the curtains they came away. The spa and pool were amazing.

Great stay- good facilities. Nice spa (foc to guests)- sauna, pool, steam room. Polish breakfast. Friendly reception team. Ideal location for getting around Zakopane (away from noisey mainstreet) and within walking distance of bus stop and lovely restaurants.

Good for visiting Zakopane
The hotel is close enough to the town to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. The swimming pool and leisure facilities were of very good quality and an extra bonus. Breakfasts were varied and good quality.

Pricey but nice...
There are many less expensive places to stay in Zakopane, but few of them will offer the clean, well-maintained rooms and the fabulous breakfast of the Czarny Potok. I was particularly happy with the breakfast. In addition to the usual Polish spread of meats and cheeses, there were plenty of 'American' breakfast items, including fruit, cereal, yogurt, and fruit smoothies. I had a very pleasant stay here and would recommend it.

It was a very nice small hotel in Zakopane. Very close to downtown and shopping. Only a 25 minute walk from the train station.

Over rated. Not charme at all.
The staff is not really friendly and the level of English quite low. The room was dark and not really colorful. The breakfast was ok. Zakopane is quite touristic so maybe they do not really care about bringing the best services...
