Located in Župa in the Split-Dalmatia area of Croatia, Villa Mirma is a lovely modern villa with a private heated swimming pool. Located in the countryside, close to mountains, the villa is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Rašćane (4 km) has a grocery store, while Zagvozd (14 km) is a larger town with lots of shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

Many places of interest can be found nearby, including the popular resort of Makarska and, the important pilgrimage site of Medjugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The villa also offers a range of sporting activities (2 minutes' walking distance) including multifunctional sports court (tennis, basketball and mini football), mini golf course, bocce court, outdoor swimming pool (9.5 m x 4.5 m) which can be heated.

Villa Mirma (237 sqm2) develops over two levels.

In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 160 cm x 200 cm) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor (with a balcony overlooking the mountains) you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 180 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one twin/double bedroom (with two single beds which can be separate or pushed together to form a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Outside, the villa features a garden with a private swimming pool (25 sqm; depth 1.1 m - 1.65 m; open 1 May - 15 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), a covered outside dining area (with table seating eight), an outdoor shower, outdoor fireplace, and a barbecue.
