The open space 50m2 living room connects to master bedroom which features a private bathroom with soaking tub and balcony, while the second bedroom has its own steam shower. The apartment also features full kitchen, kitchenette, guest bathroom and dedicated workstation.  
  
This elegant 104 m² apartment seamlessly combines modern design with vintage accents throughout its open-concept living space. The apartment features:  
  
LIVING ROOM (60 m²): Spacious central area with comfortable couches, armchairs, and a large dining table perfect for entertaining. This stunning space connects all areas of the apartment.  
  
MASTER SUITE: Bright, airy bedroom with a large bed and premium mattress, featuring built-in wardrobes and blackout curtains. The private ensuite bathroom includes a relaxing soaking tub, while your private balcony offers magnificent views of Zagreb Cathedral and city rooftops.

To ensure a peaceful experience for both you and our neighbors, we kindly ask that you enjoy our space responsibly. While the apartment is perfect for relaxing and entertaining small groups of four guests, we don't allow parties or loud music.  
For the comfort of everyone in the building, we maintain a strict policy against unauthorized events, which may incur a fee of €1000 per day/night if not followed.
