Totally OK hotel near Arena
This is a little bit outdated hotel, but the location is very good, rooms are clean, bathroom also and breakfast is diverse and tasty enough. You can also pay for lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant. We didn`t so I don`t know what are these meals like. Lobby of the hotel is spacious, staff very professional and polite, and there is big parking around hotel building. If you need to visit Zagreb Arena this is a PERFECT location to be. Just across the street and there you are. Also the tram is near if you want to explore city centre.

Far from downtown
It's really quiet around the hotel. If you are going downtown you'll be forking out for a taxi everyday. It's not expensive, but a hassle. Also the bed was kinda hard. If you drunk that won't matter though.

Pros: Convenient location, friendly staff, wifi, buffet breakfast, little fridge and small TV in room. Free parking. Cons: No hot water. I stayed four days and didn't have hot water for three days. Room could be cleaner.

Short overseas trip
Nice and comfy hotel with all basic facilities in the southern suburb of Zagreb. Ample of parking, walking distance to a large shop Lidl and the petrol station are bonus. Own transport is almost the must, although can reach city with bus + tram. Absence of room fridge and hotel gym are the cons

Good service
The hotel's location in Novi Zagreb, about twenty minutes from the airport and given to my clients and located in Novi Zagreb location was appropriate. The hotel itself is crying out for renovation both outside and inside, and it was obvious at the first contact. Contrary to this service at the hotel was quite satisfactory. The staff was friendly and the girl who worked at the front desk even helped me when I had problems to get a boarding pass for my flight online. Breakfast was basic, but with fresh pastries, and not much worse than what you normally eat. The room was clean, and it would be good to mention to hotel management, that the LCD TV has become the standard for motels, let alone hotels. Since I only slept at the hotel for two nights, and given the price I think it is satisfactory for this purpose.

There are better places to stay
After a long weekend and tiresome journey to Zagreb, I was looking forward to comforts of a hotel. Hotel I was NOT ideal. The receptionist was as dull as the rainy weather that day. I stayed on the top floor and the corridors were poorly lit. The room had poor tasting decor. Bathroom was very clean though. Restaurant at the hotel was tacky, no one was around to welcome or seat u. Half the menu wasn't available, there was a buffet table but nothing set up (probably due to the low number of hotel stayers), breakfast buffet was suffice but was rarely topped up and again the staff had no customer service whatsoever.

it is a very beautiful city, a lot of green areas, and the hotel is at an amazing area (arena Zagreb).. I have a shopping mall and hyper market very close to the hotel..........

Reasonable hotel; bit out of the way
It's quite a bit out of town, and although there are two trams that go nearby, it's a good ten minutes walk to the tram stop. If you're looking for city-centre and handy, this isn't it. If you don't mind a bit of a hike into town, then this could be for you. Breakfast not the most exciting, but they do replenish it - contrary to a review I read somewhere. Toiletries in the room weren't replaced, though. Staff were helpful when we needed to ask them things.

Great hotel for a retirement
This is an old hotel which seems to be kept from 40 years ago. Breakfast is average to below standard. Rooms are spacious. At least clean where some appliances might work, like the tv etc. I requested an iron in my room so I could iron some shirts, staff told me they don't allow this. Actually you are not allowed to plug anything on the power outlets!!?? Noo Wifi at all on the rooms, even though they announce that they were supposed to have. Internet only in the lobby in an antique "business center". As far as location, far as it can be. Walk 20 mins to tram and from there 25 mins ride.

Good compromise between price and location
Hotel I is easy to find as it is situated opposite the Zagreb Arena. It is surrounded by blocks of flats but the area is totally safe and well looked after. It has a large free parking. English speaking Check in was efficient. The room was dated but clean, had functioning AC and recently updated bathroom. The Breakfast buffet was not replenished so had little left for late risers. The hotel has a little tourist office that sells bu/tram tickets Bus 234, in front of the Arena, every 25 minutes, takes 20 minutes to the main train station. Or Tram 14, 10 minutes walk to Jadranska stop under the roundabout, every ten minutes to The central square.

Great hotel but a little far away
It was a great hotel, very nice area, beds were comfortable, it was clean and the staff was great. It was a little far from the city center though. It was anywhere from 65-110 KN to get there (about 11-20 dollars). The taxi prices seem to go up at night. I would recommend it though.

We were looking for a hotel to break up a long drive. This hotel was perfect - right off the freeway. The rooms were nothing special, but the hotel had many services including a free internet lounge off the lobby. Not a great location for seeing downtown Zagreb.

good hotel for the price
The hotel staff is really friendly and speaks English. The hotel wasn't as close to the airport as described, but about a 25 minutes drive. The bed in our double room was smaller then a double bed but the room was also small.The room was very clean but there was no hot water and it took more then 10 minutes of running water and only then warm water started. The hotel in near a major road so at night it's really noisy.

Fine hotel between the airport and the city centre
We needed to stay pretty close to the airport, as we had an early flight out. Distance by car in the morning traffic was 20-30 mins. The hotel is old in style, but the room was very okay. There is a bus from the hotel to the city centre taking 25 minutes. Taxi back in the night was around 80 kunas (cheap). If the purpose of stay is to enjoy Zagrbeb city centre, I would pick another hotel, but if you fly out in the morning but still want to go to the city centre, this is a good choice. Price was not bad.

ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel für Anspruchslose
Seit Jahren ist das Hotel auf dem gleichen Stand geblieben. Das Restaurant/Frühstücksraum bedarf grundlegender Veränderungen. Das Personal ist freundlich aber überfordert mit dem Service. Das Gesamtkonzept des Hotels erinnert an Zeiten des früheren Jugoslawiens.

Seit über 10 Jahren buche ich dieses Hotel wegen der Nähe zur Messe. In diesen 10 Jahren hat sich nichts (außer guter wlan - Verbindung) positiv verändert. Das Frühstück ist immer noch das gleiche. Die Servicekräfte dort freundlich, aber sehr träge und nicht qualifiziert. Es gibt immer noch keine Teelöffel. Kaffeelöffel sind die winzigen aus Plastik, Joghurt ist mit einem Suppenlöffel ! zu verzehren. Sauberkeit der Tische nach dem ersten Durchgang katastrophal. Die weißen Hussen über den Stühlen lassen "first class" erwarten, müßten aber deutlich öfter gewechselt werden. Der Voucher fürs Frühstück muß täglich neu an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Neuerdings ist der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig, es gibt aber keine Dauerparkkarte für mehrere Tage. Das Hotelmanagement müsste einfach mal über den Tellerrand schauen, wie man in der übrigen Welt ein Hotel führt.

Nice stay over new year
We stayed in the hotel over new year. The room was nice, cozy and clean. Breakfast was okay. In general good value for money. We had to walk a bit to the nearest tram station to get to the center.
