Boasting a private fenced property spanning 400 square meters, this charming accommodation ensures ample space for outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, it features amenities like a yard, Internet Wi-Fi, and on-premises parking, catering to your needs for a comfortable vacation.

Perched on a slope, the property enjoys a quiet and sunny location, providing the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and exploration. With 400 square meters of fenced private space, you can savor the fresh air and scenic beauty that this region offers.

The cottage's heating is available for an additional fee from April 1st to November 14th, while it is included from November 15th to March 31st. The 3-room chalet has a total area of 110 square meters and is spread over two levels. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room with a Scandinavian wood stove (for decorative purposes only), a flat-screen TV, and forced-air heating. You can access the terrace from this level. The same floor also has one double bedroom with a fan and a terrace exit, a kitchenette equipped with three hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave, as well as a shower area, bidet, and toilet. The upper floor consists of a large gallery with sloping ceilings, ranging from 60 to 250 cm in height. This level accommodates two beds, one double bed, and a fan, along with another shower area, bidet, and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation at this chalet, you will have access to various amenities, including a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds (at an extra cost), a hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Additionally, there is a barbecue area on the premises, and you are allowed to bring one pet or dog with you. The chalet also offers reserved parking for up to two cars.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet boasts a panoramic view of the sea, mountains, and valley, creating a picturesque setting for your vacation.
