"Good hotel with excellent position!"
The hotel staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The hotel was clean and had everything you could wish for a comfortable and enjoyable break. The food was plentiful with a good choice. Although, the wine and beer were drinkable in the all inclusive package they weren't the best. The only let down were the very sweet mixers with the spirits which ruined the taste of the local drinks. The hotel's position on the waterfront was fabulous and some good walks around the coast and to the local marina/beach. Ensure you watch the sunset over the sea in the outside bar terrace. We used the SPA which was also fantastic with experienced, lovely staff. Overall a great place and don't be put off with the family tag if you are a couple it's good for all and the children are kept well occupied.

"Nice hotel with Spa"
Falkensteiner is an amazing hotel. Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and professional, in particular Antonia & a waiter (male) who was also on site during our visit, but couldn't catch his name and also matej at the reception desk. Thankyou for a great stay.

"Very pleasant stay"
Great value hotel with pool, own lido/beach. All-inclusive food was really nice and had something for everyone (vegetarians too) at every sitting. Would definitely go back.

"Hotel with family activities"
This a a large, bustling hotel in a fairly small town, convenient for mountain activities in Paklenica National Park but with a very different ambience. It seems especially popular with families, who enjoy the large pool area and many organized activities. You can purchase an all-inclusive package that includes all meals (a decent large buffet), free drinks, activities for kids, and discounts on other things. That might be overkill for couples with lower expectations.

"An excellent resort"
The resort and facilities were exactly as described on the website and often exceeded expectations. The range and quality of the food at mealtimes was excellent and I cannot imagine anyone not being able to find something they liked. The staff were very helpful and friendly and very conversant in several languages. The range of available activities would keep most people occupied and the beach and water were pristine. I have no hesitation in recommending this resort.

"Kids everywhere"
Was an okay stay but just expected something different. Great for families, and anyone just wanting to relax and not have to leave the resort. Wifi was HORRIBLE. Was cold so didnt get to spend time on the beach. Market and shops were nice.

"Amazing !"
Can't recommend this hotel or country enough Hotel staff were amazing , our 10 nights stay was superb Facilities were perfect for our kids (age 4 and 6). Nothing was a problem , and everything went like clock work , including car hire , sailing excursion, Kids club , freebies, food and more Our room upgraded for free which was great And all at such a low cost My only gripe would be cost of the alcohol in the bar especially when all local restaurant alcohol is so cheap

"Sea view"
Success luxury apartments are not in zadar. They are about 5 miles outside of the city. However they are very well furnished and very comfortable. We had a 2 bed appt which was pretty large. Kitchen was well equipped. From making the reservation the manager franko was in touch. He arranged to pick us up from the airport and due to the time of day we arrived and no shops open took a shopping list from us. We arrived in April. The season in croatia doesn't really start till May, as such not a lot was open. The one and only bar opened but was not serving food. However the staff at Santorini were very pleasant. Kozino is a new development with lots of apartment blocks set at the side of the sea. It is very picturesque and the local people are very welcoming. However being self catering there is not a substantial shop/market for your needs. You will need a car if you are staying here. The buses are not frequent and no apparent timetable. Zadar itself was a taxi ride away and costs approx 13 pounds each way. Petcarne is the next village along the coast line and is a 30 minute walk. It's a lot busier and has a number of restaurants and a sandy beach.
