The 35 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. This bungalow features a shared garden for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The bungalow is located in a beautiful area right next to the lake, forest, and vineyards, ideal for hiking, cycling, and swimming. The nearby Ehmetsklinge reservoir is perfect for a swim. Recommended day trips include Maulbronn Monastery and Tripsdrill Adventure Park, both about 20 minutes away, as well as the Sinsheim Museum of Technology and the Sinsheim Thermal Baths, each reachable in approx. 30 minutes. Public transport links are within walking distance of the property. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. My wife and I were in Germany for a vacation and had several things in different areas we wanted to see and do. We had ready access to get to Karlsruhe, Knielingen, Rothenberg ab Tauber, Schwaigern,The bungalow itself was comfortable and well stocked. My wife appreciated having the hair dryer available.
