Their breakfast is excellent, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The room was quiet and very comfortable. However, most of the restaurants in Yuzawa close at 7 pm during the off-season (summer), so their shuttles don't run after 6 or 7 pm during the week. 温泉は源泉掛け流しで、アルカリ性の硫黄泉。肌がつるつるになります。夕食も頂いたのですが、自家製のふのり蕎麦やわらびの煮物など地味があり美味しい。駅から遠いのが難点でしたが、送迎サービス延長中で温泉街に出るのも楽で助かりました。サービスもにこやかで、改装工事が終わったら、また伺いたいと思います。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Aug 2024 よく見ていないのでよく分かりませんが、駐車場が停められる台数が少ない上、他のホテル専用駐車場もあるので、どこが高半の駐車場か分かりにくかった点がありました。初めて来た方は恐らく迷ってしまうのではないかと思います。私はバイクで向かいましたが、駐車場を案内する方はいましたので助かりました。 あと、チェックインの受付は外国の方に対応していただきました。まだ日本語と接客に慣れていない部分があったのか全体的に館内の説明が不十分でした。荷物も結構あったのですが、持つのを手伝ってくれる方がいなかった、エレベーター前まで案内した時、ボタンを荷物一杯の私に押させる等、受付の対応、サービスにつきましては星5の内、星2とさせてください。一方で食事はとても満足しました。案内、提供する方も丁寧で、食事も新潟ならではのもので、良かったです。以上の事から、接客、サービスは星3にしました。 リニューアル工事中のため黒い網に囲まれていたのがとても残念でしたが、それ以外は大満足でした。 温泉がとても良かったです。硫黄温ですが、無色透明に近く。でも入るととろりとする感じ。指の傷が回復しました。温度も心地よく、ずっと入っていたかったです。 雪国のDVDも面白かったですが、2時間以上は少し長かったです。(飲物を持って観れば良かった) 資料館も丁寧にご説明頂き興味深かったです。 property conditions & facilities, room comfort 在越後湯沢駅有shuttle bus也可以打電話給酒店去車站接送，去gala場也有接送。房間舒適又大，居高臨下風景優美，公共室內onsen是通宵開放，但open air
