The building is old and everything is a little cramped. But the great thing are the hotel owners and staff. The lady is very accommodating and friendly and she did her best to accommodate our requests. The building is so near the mountain so we don't have to pay for additional parking and just walk from the hotel. We'd love to return there again for next New Year's skiing!

Perfect Japanese style room. Definitely recommend for holiday at nearby resorts. But not for anything romantic as it’s a family oriented place. note bathroom and showers are shared and from 5-9pm only. Good for a group or a couple on a quick holiday.

Great location and very nice breakfast. Discounted lift passes and ski rental. 10 pm curfew might be a problem for bar goers, and the absence of towels is annoying. I knew there wouldn't be any, but still forgot to bring them.

It may have been a little too small for our family of 4(maybe for a couple or family of 3 would still be doable), but it was very tight for us but we made it happen! Especially with 2 teenagers, we were breathing in each other's necks! Overall, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Tanaka-san helped us with everything we needed and beyond(luggage transfers) We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future!

This is a local low budget accommodation runs on very specific time table. 8-9 am for breakfast, 6-7 pm for dinner , 5-9pm for shared bathroom facilities and 10pm curfew(front door looked) WiFi usually off not working at late night. Price for budget. Everything very neat and tidy. 5 mins to nearest chair lift which operates 12 hrs from 0830\. Good for mountain lovers. Humbled to be hosted by the owners. Ohhh. No TV in room. And check email closely as the owner would be expected replies from you.

苗場ユーミンライブで宿泊しました。プリンスまでは徒歩で近いです。 テレビ、タオル、ティッシュなどはありませんでした。お風呂は５時から９時までで入れませんでしたので翌日近くの送迎もして下さる温泉に行きました。 お湯や水はフロント前にありました。

スタッフさんがとても親切で優しかったです。 スキー場もすぐ近くで、レンタル代も安いのでとても便利でした。 部屋はほぼ寝るためだけの部屋であり、必要なものはフロントや外の洗面台にあるのでそこで借りたり共有する感じです。 騒音もせす、快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

除了食飯、洗澡之類的活動有門禁之外，其他都很好，房東友善，食物美味。房間不太隔音，隔離客人的打呼聲也是能聽見的。強烈建議添加餐食，很值👍

スタッフの方々が親切 設備は古いが清掃がしっかりされていて綺麗 スキー場まで歩いて10分以内 レンタルおよびリフト代安い 食事も質素だが美味しい

スタッフの皆さんには本当に大変お世話になりました。 美味しい夕朝食を作っていただいたり、打上花火の観るスポットをすすめてくださったり。 夕食時間に少々遅れた時も、笑顔でご対応いただきました。 本当に素敵な場所です。

目的が苗場プリンスホテルでのイベントだったので近くて良かった。寝るだけの目的だったので多くは望まなかったが、毛布が押し入れの高い位置に有り、どうしても取れなかったので極寒の中掛け布団1枚で寝ることに。廊下にある共同流し場のお湯は全く出ず、冷たい水で洗顔。トイレは1つしか無いが値段相応で納得。
