"We had booked a standard room which turned out to be tiny. Staff assisted by providing an upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room for a fee. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned. The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets."

"The hotel is located within 1 min walk of JR line, which make it very convenient to travel around Tokyo and even outside of Tokyo. The only have is the room are small which is Tokyo standard. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful."
