A Few Quick House Rules Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know in advance. We appreciate your understanding as we often have back-to-back bookings. Respect for Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Let’s keep our neighborhood peaceful! No Parties or Events: Our condo is in a residential area, so we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts properly. Pet Policy: We love dogs! Our home is dog-friendly, but please note there’s a pet cleaning fee to help our team with extra cleaning afterward. (Undisclosed pets will incur a higher fee.) Maximum Occupancy: Please stick to the number of guests specified in your booking. If you plan to bring extra guests, just give us a heads-up! Cleanliness: We appreciate your help in keeping things tidy. A cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, but excessive mess may result in additional charges. Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen! Just clean up after cooking and don’t leave perishable items in the fridge when you check out. Utilities and Appliances: If anything isn’t working properly, please let us know right away.
