It is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a huge great room that includes a 6 person dining table, high end granite/stainless steal kitchen, dry bar, fireplace and more. This property is over 1/2 an acre with unequaled lake and desert views. The secluded dock is located on the south end of Martinez Lake and is shared with the adjacent house. It is a quick walk down to the dock and the shared 350 square foot deck, cantilevered out over the water. The property has easy access right off Martinez Lake Road, half way between Fisher's Landing and Martinez Lake Resort. Lots of parking for cars, boats and trailers. There is a 3 night minimum between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Holiday weekends are a minimum of 4-nights.
