It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio many times. It was comfortable out there as one could choose a shady spot or move the chair into the sun. Close enough to everything while being far enough from everything you aren’t bothered by noise. Neighborhood seemed nice and quiet and there was a deputy that lived at the end of the street. Only complaint about the property was the master bath shower being clogged. Anytime I turned the water on it would pool up and I didn’t really want to stand in it which led to me and my buddies all using the same shower. This property is very clean, well maintained, and close to amenities including Fry's and Planet Fitness. Everything works properly , and the master bed is a comfortable king size. The landscaping is typical Yuma style of gravel but very functional including a closed back yard and good BBQ. The kitchen has all the culinary tools and serving dishes etc. I only had to buy food.
