Features an open concept layout with outdoor patio to include a gas fireplace and a grill. Three bedrooms each with King sized beds and two full size bathrooms. High speed Wifi and two 65" Smart HD TVs with DirecTV. Full size washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, double oven, 5 burner gas stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. Lots of natural light with four large windows that overlook the outdoor living area. Living room has a gas log fireplace that provides a cozy setting for hanging out or reading your favorite book by the fire. The house looks just like the pictures and we were thrilled with how beautiful and clean it was. It is in a new neighborhood and was very safe and quiet. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of family meals. It was raining, so we didn’t use the outdoor space, but it looked like a great space to grill and hang out. While we were there, we saw an amazing fireworks show in Yukon and did an escape room. My family of 4 recently stayed at this vacation rental and we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was exactly as advertised, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The owner was a fantastic communicator, providing clear instructions for check-in and promptly responding to any questions we had during my stay. Due to flexibility in their schedule, we were even allowed to check-in a little bit early after arriving in town quicker than anticipated. We appreciated the attention to detail in the rental, from the fresh linens to the well-stocked kitchen and coffee bar. The location was also perfect… They had a great backyard, a safe neighborhood, and it close to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
