They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. Friendly staff. Good food. The whole place if full of artworks and unique decorations, even the outside sitting area. I got some of the most beautiful pictures here. I only have one bone to pick. The so called luxury room only comes with a bath tub, not a shower. The room is nice but my room does not have a lake view. Boss is very friendly. The resort light off at around 8pm which I not really used to it. I will prefer common area always light on. Our quadruple room was clean and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the lake. Dinner wasn’t cheap but was good quality. Breakfast was also nice and we could have asked for more if we wanted. The hotel manager was a lovely gentleman who spoke limited english but we were able to get by and he really wanted our stay to be pleasant. The hotel is right by the lake and you can walk to a pier in less than five minutes.
