Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. We're rental property owners ourselves, have high expectations, and let me tell you—this place is an absolute A++! Everything about this property impressed us, from the incredible location with stunning views to the top-notch cleanliness throughout. The kitchen was well-appointed, making it easy to prepare meals, and the pool, sauna and fire pit added that perfect touch of luxury. The indoor and outdoor spaces were thoughtfully designed, blending seamlessly together for a cohesive experience that truly makes the most of the beautiful desert surroundings. Privacy was also impeccable, with the property feeling wonderfully secluded, allowing us to fully relax and unwind without any disturbances. Every detail was well-considered, from the decor to the appointments. And let's talk about comfort—the beds and bedding were so comfortable, making for restful nights after our days of exploring. Working with the owners was a breeze, and they made the check-in and check-out process effortless, allowing us to focus on enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again. Truly a gem in Yucca Valley!
