Guest Access: You will have full access to the entire house. The Neighborhood: Mojave Rosa is centrally located between Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley. The perfect spot to enjoy all of what the high desert has to offer. Getting Around: You will need a car, but rideshares and taxis are also readily available. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub.
