Marielle was a great host, responding to us quickly and was extremely accommodating. The house was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. We didn’t even have enough time to use all of the amenities. An unexpected bonus was the game room and pool table, which we ended up using every day! Close to town and to the park as well. The interior decor was a nice mid-century modern vibe and the house has been recently renovated. The host and access were extremely easy and communicative. We especially appreciated the design and decor of the home. Both bedrooms have a king-sized bed, all spaces were clean and tidy. The backyard has a lounge area with patio furniture and a hammock along with a small grill, a cowboy pool and a hot tub. We had a great time playing pool and darts in the game room to escape the heat. There’s also a complete laundry room with a washer, dryer and wash tub. Note: Like many STRs, there’s no iron or ironing board. Marielle was a great host and communication was easy with her. Overall, this has been my favorite short-term rental spot. We loved it and we plan on returning the next time we’re in Joshua Tree/ Yucca Valley. ##### Odette A.
