This modern architectural property sits on a protected hilltop overlooking Joshua Tree. Walk past the cascading waterfall wall to your left and infinity pool to your right to arrive at the entrance. Enter and be greeted by tall ceilings, an open floor plan, and five star amenities. Immediately to your left is a protruding private dining room surrounded on 3 sides by floor to ceiling glass. Two of the walls open up to invite the outdoors in. Move on to the grand living room, complete with custom pool table and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on both sides. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk. \- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees. \- POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per night. For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use. \- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate. \- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers. \- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. From the moment you walk in to the amazing pool this property has everything you need. We brought our daughter and her friends for a graduation trip and we had a blast. The property is big enough for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed the pool table and the game room. You have gorgeous views of the valley and we were able to watch the moonrise every night which was incredible. It's amazing in every way. The living room is massive and the open concept flows into the kitchen perfectly! Very clean and plenty of space to lounge anywhere, especailly by the pool, there's essentially a whole arcade in the garage! My family and some friends stayed at this house over Memorial Day weekend, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We absolutely loved it! The house is exactly as advertised—spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. The rooms were a great size, and the amenities were excellent.The pool and outdoor space were perfect for our group, providing the ideal setup for a relaxing and fun weekend. Communication was top-notch throughout the stay, which I really appreciated. Although we encountered a minor issue with the internet (which was out of their control), the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive.We’re definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!
