Guest Access: You have access to the whole house which includes all three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage game room, and an outdoor area! IMPORTANT NOTE: Supply closet is NOT available for guests. Hot Tub rules: To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. No pets of any kind or size in hot tub. Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. • No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool. • Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. • Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub • Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
