It would be great if the pool water could be a bit warmer, and the rooms are not very soundproof. We could clearly hear people walking, talking loudly, and noise from the next room around midnight. We had the beachfront room with amazing view. Staff is very polite and tries their best to communicate even though 90% of them don't speak English. The dinner reservation booking process is very smooth and you can easily book a reservation with 2 restaurants for ala carte. The main restaurant CUA is buffet only and you can easily walk in to grab a table without any issues. I would highly recommend this property and will also advise on taking the all inclusive only s it would be worth price if you drink.
