"This was an ok property! We enjoyed ourselves, but I would say it’s very outdated. Our room was pretty, and hotel is kept nice, just dated. Room was stinky, my clothes still smells after washing twice since we got back. We didn’t live the food, but it was good. "The pools and drinks are very good. The food in good, buffet was not great. Very difficult to get a straight answer for kids activities. Mis guided several times causing my 1 and 3 yo grandkids to make trips to the kids club unnecessarily because of only 1 hour time frame they could go. No one knew where the Kangaroo club was. When I did find it , no one showed there for 45 minutes after they opened, Also, rare shows in the evening without cost unless we traveled to the other resorts."

"Diana Gil was the best. She took care of all our needs and made our anniversary trip special. Resort is pretty great the only issue for us was the a/c. The climate was hot and very humid which i understand especially being summer, but i wish they turn on there a/c in all the restaurants and facilities and especially the rooms.
