The house was very clean and updated. Limited on dishes but we managed. The weather was over 100 degrees and the AC was not on for our arrival or working until we messaged the owner who controlled it from their phone. Once we contacted them it worked fine. All was good for the purpose of our trip to visit family and for our dads 80th birthday party we hosted nearby but my one major callout is they charge per person who enters the home - even if they are not staying there and that was not clear in the details. We did not have more people staying than what the listing shows they accommodate. We would not have booked had we known that.
