Needs to be more accurate
Online there are only interior pictures. When we pulled up everything was overgrown. Area was questionable at best. My wife felt immediately unsafe and did not want to stay there. Google maps showed a completlet different picture. The interior pictures look great. The owner has put a lot of money in the interior for sure. In the communication he said it was a townhome. The building itself looks like 70s section 8 housing that we see here in our town. We understand that the owner can't control what happens around there property. Usually when there is an exterior picture we can research the area on google maps to determine if we would stay there. We rolled the dice because how it was described in relation to Dept Town and we ended up going to a hotel. So that trip ended up costing us double in lodging. The owner stopped communicating with us after we said we felt unsafe and were going to have to stay somewhere else. It is not by Trinity Ann Arbor. It is several blocks away on the opposite side of Depot town and Trinity is beside Wastenaw C.C. This listing needs to be more accuate and have exterior pictures.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property in an alright area. Little shady but seemed ok. Place has potential to be a great spot but it was absolutely unclean and disgusting. I had to clean all areas before i could feel comfortable touching anything. Apartment hadnt been cleaned in a long time obviously and i was disgusted it was left for a renter in this manner. The "AC" is one standing inside window unit in the kitchen which was absolutely not enough on the hot summer days we stayed there. Bed was big and comfy. Like i said, this place has potential but overall i was very unhappy with the stay.
