« J’avais réservé plusieurs semaines auparavant une chambre avec vue sur la mer, 2 lits et une kitchenette. Celle-ci etait essentielle en raison d’allergies. La chambre était plus chère parce que de catégorie supérieure. J'ai eu une chambre sans kitchenette : ils n’en avaient plus… On pouvait m’en donner une sur le stationnement avec seulement un lit ! Ou bien je gardais la chambre avec 2 lits sans kitchenette. En plus, la chambre n’est pas très propre et il n’y a pas d’eau chaude !!! J’ai...

« The room was clean and the staff members were very kind and courteous. We were sent down to the Reef, which we love, while Seahaven was undergoing renovations. We stayed there at Thanksgiving, also. The only problem we had, both times, was the lack of hot water in the shower. The sink water was hot but neither of us would fit in the sink to take a bath. Didn't care for a lukewarm bath. »
