I just checked in and it was a disaster, we were waiting for 20 minutes for someone to assist us at the front desk, they assigned us a room on the ground floor, 124, which has a leak in the sink. They told us that they can't change us and they put a bucket and towels in the bathroom, which is a mess. There is also a lot of noise, a phone rings that is never answered and people from the laundry room chatting at this hour. It's not fair to have paid almost 200 dollars for this, we have a tired 1 year old baby and another child unable to sleep. I demand a refund.

While this is supposed to be a smoke-free motel, there is apparently no restriction on pot smoking by guests and workers on site. Smelled pot every night in my room and in the halls day and night. Not enough linens, no tissues(I was told I could use the napkins from the breakfast room), had to ask for a hair dryer ( which was handed to me in a box), free"breakfast" was cereal and bread with some coffee and juice. There was a lamp and coffee maker in the room but no outlet to plug into. The outer doors didn't close, let alone lock for the safety of the guests. Finish the renovations before advertising this place. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels a refund is due for this ridiculous place.

Horrible!!!! Theres no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage youll have to drag it up steps. Hallways dirty, bathroom dirty. No hot water in the shower and no big towels. Stains on sheets ...i bring disposable sheets and pillow cases for this exact reason. If youre broke and just need somewhere to crash then this is it but if u have some standards...DO NOT COME HERE....only reason why i styaed is bc they were going to charge me to cancel.

Our room was clean but very small to walk around. Breakfast was poor the coffee and hot water machine was broken!! We were on the first floor which was loud. The front desk employees were very nice.

I got to my room there were no towels, I tried to use the wifi didn't work, the coffee maker in my room didn't work ither. Paper thin walls. Tiny and bare room. No sleep!
The place definitely needs some repairs, but the biggest opportunity was paper thin walls! I could hear every word on the TV in the room next to me and all the conversation between some dude and a prostitute who met him there. Crazy! Couldn’t sleep at all. Could hear people talking the entire night. They were not being loud either! It was just normal conversation. The room was extremely small and did not have any accessories like a lamp or a coffee pot or a refrigerator. You could see where all those things were there but I guess they got rid of them. I did have an old-school alarm clock in the room, but it did not work.

We renter 2 rooms. Room 250 I had for 2 women employees. The Bed was just pulled up, It was slept in, No clean sheets. The bath tub,Toilet were used not cleaned & no hot water in the tub. We showed the clerk he agreed and said we have new cleaning people. He showed us another room but it had no hot water. My girls left gave him the keys never stayed the night. Second roon was ok but no hot water in the tub. And had a lot of construction dust around the room. Clerk said he would advise the manager but we never heard anything. I would have been happy to at least get a refund for the room nobody spent the night in. This place SUCKS so many other better places near by. DON'T STAY HERE !!!!!

The stay was okay, kind of sketchy. It seems like they're doing construction work inside because there were cuts in the wall everywhere. The rooms were okay but small and not very clean. Doesn't seem like it was cleaned at all before the stay. The bathroom door didn't even fully close or lock. The toilet was not clean at all. It was not the worst stay but it could've been way better.

Our shower did not work and only had cold water. I informed front deck 2 times and they said issue would be fixed and never fixed it. It’s an ok hotel to stay in over night. We’re traveling and needed somewhere to stay. The floor of the shower was dirty, so I did not take a shower. And there is no trash can or fridge in here which was weird

What a disappointment. This property is truly under construction. It has no business being open. You could see the dry wall dust in the air. The phone in the room didn't work. Their was no blanket on my bed. In addition the girl at the front desk looked at me like I had two heads when I asked for dining recommendations. A terrible experience.

Room was small. Space between the bed and other furniture allowed passage for one person. Sink fixtures, sink and toilet bowl were stained, possibly from the use of a caustic cleaner. Electrical fixture in bathroom could not be turned off due to faulty switch. Bed was comfortable. Room had a new air conditioner and refrigerator. Space to hang clothes was small, approximately 30 inches and without hangers. Room had ironing board but no iron. Only 1 package of decaf coffee available. TV had to be programmed. By accident we learned the TV then had to be turned off and restarted after a unknown period of time. We got the TV to work by chance, not because we knew what we were doing. Staff was friendly and willing to help in any way possible but was limited in providing customer care due to the small number. Low-cost rooms at a convenient location to numerous shopping and dining options.

The rooms had holes in the walls and shower. The faucet in the shower was broken. The shower did not work We asked to move rooms they put us in one exactly like the first. I traveled with a 91-year-old and request a refrigerator to keep meds cold. There was none. @nd room as bad asked to move again and the night clerk said there are no better rooms.After spending a night I would not let my dog stay we checked out and asked for a refund on the remaining two nights. The clerk who only gave his name as CHDKR said he didn't know how

I booked online , came to property and went inside to check in. I noticed Iam the only guest and my car is the only one at the parking. Property looks eeerie and I didn’t felt okay. The hotel is under construction so I cannot fault them for any issue there might have been. The staff was excellent and the hotel was very quiet. We absolutely loved the bed and pillows and had the best night sleep in a long time. I would love to stay here again after the full remodel.

No toilet paper, no tissue, no telephone, bathtub was dirty, carpet was full of ants, no water glasses, no ice bucket, no towel racks, no hangers for clothes … obvious still under renovation … should wait to rent out after all renovations are completed … thank God we only stayed one night!

"Newly Renovated" = MISLEADING
This "newly renovated" hotel is not what it promised. "Renovated" means they had a cheap paint job on most of the hallways and rooms, but neglected to patch holes correctly and didn't vacuum up the remaining drywall dust. I had to request a 2nd room because the 1st had different types of hair in the sheets as well as a weird, red stain near the toilet. 2nd room didn't have toilet paper or tissue in the bathroom, didn't have a working telephone connected to a phone jack, the shower curtain rod looked like someone placed the new rod into the old holes which weren't the right size or placement, and there were no towel racks installed. The front service desk workers were kind and tried to be accommodating. The side entrance did not latch, therefore did not lock, which means there really wasn't any security precautions for the building. The mattress was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. This property could be really nice if "renovations" were completed properly. I guess you get what you pay for.
