Bad - Smelled like cigarettes, bedroom tv remote did not work (even with new batteries). Not a great area. Neighboors were nice kept to themselves but would say hi. Amenities were great. Especially the toaster oven. Communication with owner was good no problems. All in all booked this place then i booked it again because it was nice. Just one thing, the gutter from the house outfront is long and my BF and myself tripped over it . No need for it to be that long where people trip over it. For the price , you get way more than you pay for. Thx for everything as my BF and i enjoyed the coffee maker and the huge tv in living room. Cozy comfortable house . The COUCH was our fav spot . Wow that blue couch was the most comfortable couch we have ever sat, laid on. Made it hard to get up and go to the bed every night . Only one thing was the linens on the bed with the tv . They did not feel or smell freshly washed so i washed them , no biggie at all!!
