The master hosts a new Queen bed, the 2nd bedroom sports a lovely Bunkbed, and the third bedroom hosts a Murphy bed that can be converted to a full-size bed. Dive into relaxation with our pool. Our cozy fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar await your culinary adventures. TPT#21589156 Conveniently located in the heart of the phoenix metropolitan area. You will be only 5.7 miles away downtown Chandler (Old town hosts multiple restaurants, night clubs and shops) and 13 miles from “The Premium Outlet and 4.6 miles from Chandler Fashion Center which provides an endless shopping experience! Some of my favorite places in the area is to visit Scottsdale! which is only 13.5 miles away. You\`ll find the inside scoop on Scottsdale’s top attractions and activities, from aquariums and architectural wonders to botanical gardens, wine tasting rooms and award-winning museums. Hiking- Veterans Oasis Park is only 14.7 miles away. It\`s combination of parkland, lake, and wetlands/groundwater recharge basins that are fun for all ages and abilities. It has 4.5 miles of trails where you can hike, ride a bike, or meander while birdwatching. Guest access An electronic key code will be issued before arrival. Other things to note There is a late checkout fee of $50 if guests are at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time. I know you will love being so close in on everything! Please do not stain our towels. - There is a fee for every damaged hand towel. \- If anything breaks, spills, or stains, let us know as soon as possible. We\`ll take a look and help clean up. Upon assessment, guests may be responsible for damages. \- Checkout time is strictly enforced. If you do not have written approval on Airbnb messaging and you do not checkout on time you will be charged $20 for every 15 minutes past the official checkout time of 10 AM. Rana, our host was very helpful and responsive, and considerate of a special request we made.There were just 2 issues that detracted from our stay. There had been a big windstorm 3 weeks prior to our arrival, and the pool still had so much debris we didn’t couldn’t really use the pool. They came to clean it the day before we left, but there was still a lot of dust and sand. Additionally the WiFi was very sluggish. We were absolutely delighted with this beautiful home not more than 10 minutes away from the conference and less than 30 minutes from the airport. Set in a quiet neighborhood, the home was clean, comfortable, and felt like a little sanctuary after a long day of presentations. We unpacked all we learned poolside on the amazing patiio. Not far frim Tonto National Park and other scenic areas. We appreciated the welcome touches of snacks to take and all the conveniences of hime ar our fingertips. The space was exactly as described, very clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. Rana was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
