Getting Around: By Car: \- From Shepparton: 30 minutes (38 km) \- Accessible by both paved and unpaved roads By Public Transport: \- Take a train or bus to Shepparton \- From Shepparton, hire a taxi or rideshare for the 30-minute drive to the property By Flight: \- Nearest major airport: Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) \- From the airport, drive approximately 2.5 hours or take a regional flight to Shepparton, then drive 30 minutes to the property Other Things to Note: \- Gas BBQ grill is available \- Smoking is not on the property \- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed \- Stay aware of bushland risks like snakes, and always follow fire ban regulations \- Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus and Vodafone.
