The property had good WiFi and a nice oven and microwave. It also has great potential. That was the good part. Unfortunately, it is suffering from cummulative neglect. It’s The bugs inside the house, black widow spiders outside, pealing paint, overall lack of cleanliness almost everywhere, as well as broken cabinets, and a busted water faucet were a huge disappointment. Our 24 yr old says the place is fine for a group of young adults looking for easy access to the NP. That may be true but that is not how the place was advertised or propmoited. ##### Rick A.
