This unit has a granite rock fireplace in the living room, with a rustic pine mantle shelf, and is open to the dining area, with kitchen & skylights, to bring in that natural light. Here you will be relaxing in a very roomy, split-level, private 2-bedroom 2-bath property that comfortably sleeps 6\. This unit has a granite rock wood-burning fireplace in the living room, with a TV/DVD , and Starlink internet. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Due to Little Sports' unique mountain terrain, this property has 56 steps leading up to its main entrance. For most people, this is not a problem and is well worth the climb. The Shower/Tub are a bit beatup but they work just fine and not much of a deal. The house itself is fantastic. WARNING ! If you have a bad heart or anyone in your group is of age, don't get this one. It is a HIKE to get all your stuff in the house. 56 or so steps and steep, took 2 trips to get ice chest stuff up. Most all of the amenities you would need. Ladies bring your blow drier. It is in a great location right in between Yosemite Valley and Wawona. It was plenty large enough for my family of 3 and had everything we needed for basic cooking. We also saw a few bears from the property, which was neat. The biggest drawback for us was that the unit does not have air conditioning , and we were there during a heat wave of highs in the 90s and 100s. It stayed about 85-90 degrees in the unit during our entire stay, even in the evenings with the windows open. There were two fans, but they didn’t help much. A box fan would have helped for the evenings. If you’re scheduling your trip during a time when it could be very hot, I would recommend booking elsewhere for that reason alone. We also messaged the property manager on one occasion and received only a form message back with general information about the property, but that didn’t end up mattering too much. ##### Jacob R. Great cottage near Yosemite Valley Its located at a great scenic spot in yosemite west just 10 miles from yosemite valley. We could easily visit all spots in valley every day.
