Expedia stated there is a laundry service, not a laundry room, You asked for a laundry room which we do not have. We have Laundry services where your laundry can be done for you for a fee. We cannot control the business around town, pizza plus right next to us is open 6 days a week, station across the street is also open. , there is a wine-tasting place and a clinic. a couple of other hotels down the street and little shops, we are not a very big town and a small street. We have limited parking here and it's first come first. You were parked right outside the front door during your stay here. There is a parking lot right across the street too .Ice is provided upon request and you spoke to me while you were here and also to the other front desk person and also our assistant. Your friend was also taking videos while I was at the front desk. There is a sign at the desk that reads: "Please RING for assistance". There is always some here not necessary at the computer.Wising you safe travels and Good luck

We require a deposit upon check-in to cover any potential damages or room charges to the property and that it is refunded to you upon check-out if the room is returned in the condition it was received. Unfortunately, we had to dispose of some linens that were soiled by your dog during your stay, and your check-out was delayed by about five hours. Please know that any cleaning fee incurred by a guest is always thoroughly investigated prior to the fee being charged, and know that our policies are in place to ensure all guests have a clean environment to enjoy. our rooms are 120Sq feet and are original to the building - we are a historic property - parking is limited

We do apologize about the lock - it was a mechanical error which was taken care of right away and apologize for the noise it was due to lapse of time at about 8 and he did apologize and stopped right away -how can you comment on all the rooms when they was not available for u to see. the room that you were in was completely redone with fresh paint , sink , flooring and furniture, window coverings etc. we do know that that the reason for this review is due to the fact that you were not able to cancel your reservation and hence the kickback.
