"It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! "Unfortunately I woke up to a cancelation email mere hours before we left. At 1:30 the property manager sent me an email saying she canceled our stay and issued a full refund. After some questioning I was told that the previous tenant flooded the upstairs by leaving the bathtub on and the unit was uninhabitable.
