Hotel is fairly new and is getting run down fast. Entrance way was filthy when I arrived. Understand there are a lot of construction workers using this hotel but being a Holiday Inn you would think they would have people cleaning through out the day. First impression is everything. Rooms are in need of painting and beds have seen better days. For the price I won’t return.

The staff was super friendly. The room was nice. The only issue I had was the drunken idiots in the room next door. Woke me out of a dead sleep with their yelling and screaming/fighting at 230 in the morning,

The included breakfast was very good, they served fresh bacon not the microwave bacon you get served at most hotels.

This seems to be the place for parents to wind their kids up with sugar and let them run up and the hallways all throughout the night until the late hours. Not only has this happened on this trip, but on a previous stay as well. If you're looking for somewhere that you'll get some rest, this isn't it. The general state of the rooms is o-k, but not enough attention is being paid to the small things that become annoyances during a stay - excruciatingly slow drains, broken clothes hangers, and office chairs that nearly fall apart when sat on.

Difficult to have a clean parking lot at this time of year but the cleanliness in the room should not have a measurable difference from June to January. Bathroom in room 313 was not clean. We’ve stayed here before, likely will again but please try just a little harder.

We moved from yorkton two years ago and the property is just down the street from where we lived so it’s a nice hotel to stay at when we come to visit friends.

This room was disgusting! It definitely couldn’t have been clean at all! I have pictures and videos of hair and pee all over the bathroom, dirty mirror. Hot tub was gross and breakfast food was good but dirty counters. I looked at the higher stars and booked here and it was a very bad decisions. Never again

The hotel has easy access with plenty of parking for all types of vehilces. The included breakfast was better than most with small changes daily.

The shower made so many loud screeching noises after I used it that I could not fall asleep. Carpet was extremely old; bed was lumpy, which is a sign of an old mattress. Outlets in my room didn’t work upon arrival and front desk had to get maintenance to flip the breaker. Only saving grace was that breakfast was decent.
