"This hotel is great and we couldn’t fault our stay until check out time..... we had already paid for the hotel prior to our stay yet we were asked to pay again for the room! Apparently the hotel has recently changed hands and there is some issue with the accounts transferring over so the hotel isn’t currently receiving the payments people are paying ( going to the old company). "On the arrival the staff were really pleasant and welcoming, a really quick check in. Went to the room (100) and it was warm and comfortable. The only down side was the noise from the restaurant and music below, it did go off at a respectable time tho, but then came on early for breakfast. That’s the down side so avoid room 100 and you will be fine."

"We were visiting friends. We had a skip outside our window. The room was very warm and even with the aircon and the fan going my husband struggled with the heat. I understand this is difficult but it wasn.t as warm as it had been. Also the pillows were like bricks. Little details that need attention."
