There is a car park to the rear of the property with a car parking space for the apartment. The apartment has one bedroom to the rear of the property with a large and comfortable King size bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, large set of drawers and wardrobe. There is a large hallway with cupboard leading to the other rooms in the apartment. NEWLEY FITTED LUXURY BATHROOM SUITE. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and L shaped bath with shower over bath. Hand soap, bath mat and towels provided. Newly fitted kitchen as of June 2021\. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer, Dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is a large living room with double sofa bed, tv, dining table and 5 chairs, games, DVDs, books and FREE WiFi. The apartment can sleep up to five adults, When booking for 3, 4, 5 guests, the double sofa bed and single pull-out bed are included. The property was as described and in fact probably exceeded expectations. Everywhere was very well equipped and clean; it was very cold outside but the heating worked well; main bed and sofa bed were both very comfy and there is plenty of storage / hanging space for clothes. There was a small amount of noise from the road outside and people moving around in the flat above but it is a town-centre flat so this was to be expected and was certainly not intrusive. One suggestion - maybe fit a curtain or blinds to the kitchen door that could be used if someone is staying in the sofa bed in the lounge.
