This beautifully renovated late 19th-century Victorian mid-terrace offers the perfect blend of character and comfort, thoughtfully furnished to create a welcoming holiday home.  
  
Ideally situated just outside York city centre, it’s an easy 20-minute walk to the city’s renowned attractions, bars, cafes, and restaurants.  
  
Within a 5-minute stroll, you’ll find local pubs, takeaways, shops, and a supermarket, while the York Racecourse and Designer Outlet are just a 10-minute drive away. For those looking to explore further, both the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales are within easy reach.  
  
The property features two charming bedrooms:  
A spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, original cast iron fireplace, dressing table, built-in cupboard, and wardrobe  
A second bedroom with twin beds, another original fireplace, and ample storage.  
  
A single pull out bed can also be added on request ( this is not included in the price for 4 guests)  
  
Downstairs, you’ll find a newly refurbished luxury bathroom with a P-shaped bath and overhead shower, sink, WC, and underfloor heating. Hand soap is provided for your convenience.
