The back bedroom boasts an ensuite shower, wash basin, and W/C, ensuring utmost privacy and convenience. Additionally, another well-appointed bathroom awaits, featuring a free-standing bath, where you can indulge in relaxation as you soak away the day's adventures. Complete with a wash basin and W/C, this bathroom ensures that every guest's needs are catered to. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. All linen is of hotel quality ensuring you have a restful stay. EXTERIOR: The charm continues outdoors with a quaint bricked off backyard, providing a private oasis for peaceful moments and cherished family gatherings under the open sky. TOP FLOOR: Please note that the top floor is designated for storage and not accessible to guests. However, fret not, as the ample space in the other rooms of the property ensures you have all the comfort and amenities needed for an unforgettable stay. PARKING Due to the central location of my property, we are not able to offer parking to guests. The nearest 24/7 car park is Q-Park located on Kent Street, a short distance from the property. Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
