(EV charging may be available on-site by arrangement at additional cost). Secure bike storage available by arrangement (free of charge). One large ensuite bedroom with 3 single beds or 1 single plus 1 super-king size bed. Lounge-diner with double sofa bed, dining table (sits 4) and Smart TV. Separate kitchenette with fridge (and mini freezer compartment), double induction hob, m/wave, toaster, kettle, sink and all pans, crockery and utensils. Hairdryer. Free wifi (full fibre to door). Centrally heated (free). Outdoor space available. A wide range of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops, Saturday Parkrun and Friday market (AM) all within a few minutes walk. Ideally located for access to York (regular buses), Howardian Hills and Castle Howard, North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales. Family run: hosts in house next door for anything you may need. There was a small but sufficient kitchen with a fridge, hobs, all utensils, cookware etc. There was free tea and coffee available, TV, board games. Safe, free parking was helpful. My family of 5 fit with the 3 kids in the bedroom. The couch pulled out into a comfortable double bed.
