The apartment location is superb. Good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).The apartment is located on the first floor and is finished to a high specification. Two bedrooms, one bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom. There is also a main bathroom with a bath and shower. The living area has a very stylish kitchen with an induction hob and oven. There is also a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The Space: The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a large en suite bathroom. There is also a main bathroom with a bath and shower. The living area has a very stylish kitchen with an induction hob and oven. There is also a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The living areas have a dining table and chairs and sofas. There is a smart TV in each apartment, so that you can watch Netflix, i player etc. Each apartment has its own wifi box so that you have your own free wifi in the apartment, not shared with anyone else. There is an elevator in the building and both apartments are on the second floor. At the rear of the apartments is an open balcony giving views over nearby historic buildings. Both our apartments have a modern energy saving heating system with an air recirculation feature. There is a simple control system so that you can control the apartment’s temperature. Guest Access: The best feature of our apartments is their location. York Minster is just 250 metres away so you can walk there in just a few minutes. Also just a few minutes’ walk away are York Art Gallery, York Theatre Royal and the city walls. If you want a stroll in the park, there’s the entrance to the Museum Gardens within a couple of minutes’ walk as well. In this city centre park you will also find the Yorkshire Museum and the ruins of St Mary’s Abbey. York Museum Gardens lead on to the river and there you will find beautiful riverside walks or a great place to go for an early morning jog. The apartments are within walking distance of York Railway Station.
