This lovely apartment features a fully fitted kitchen, 2 comfortable double bedrooms, a modern bathroom and Wifi throughout - the perfect home away from home The Space: This spacious 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings. The generous open plan living space features an equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to get creative with cooking from home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The 2 spacious double bedrooms feature comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a large rainfall shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Situated on a quiet road located just outside of York, it's just a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to the city centre, where you will find an array of shops, bars, restaurants and historical attractions. There are a number of parks on your doorstep, and a co-op supermarket just around the corner. Getting Around: The property is located a 25 minute walk from the city centre. Should you wish to rest your legs there is a nearby local bus that takes just 10 minutes into town. The main York Train Station, with links to other UK cities is a short taxi ride or 20 minute bus journey away. Other Things to Note: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
