This charming vacation rental is great for your next family getaway on the beautiful coast of Maine! You will find a Victorian-style home with modern amenities and plenty of room for the whole group. There is a comfortable living room, sitting room, and a full kitchen equipped with everything you'll need during your stay. The front porch and large yard are great for that morning cup of coffee, before heading out for the day's adventures.

This home is located in the quaint town of York Beach, where there are plenty of restaurants and local shops close by! Here, you are a very short walk from downtown York Beach. Short Sands is two blocks away where you can put your toes in the sand or enjoy many local activities and attractions including York’s Wild Kingdom zoo and amusement park. Other nearby activities include the Nubble Lighthouse, Perkins Cove, Kittery Outlets, Mt. Agamenticus, fishing, hiking, bowling, arcade, and much more.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is an access ramp available.
All four bedrooms are located on the second floor and are accessible by stairs. There is only a sofa bed on the first floor.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
