We love this newly developed lodge site and it’s proximity to York and with easy access to the coast - the hot tub is a real bonus too.. 3 steps to entrance.  
  
All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed  
  
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Rear garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. Nestled within the newly developed Wilberfoss Lodge Park, Ash Lodge is one of five inviting retreats, offering couples a perfect blend of comfort and convenience just a stone’s throw away from the charming village of Wilberfoss. Located a mere 10 miles from the historic splendour of York, this smart lodge presents an ideal base for exploring both the City and countryside.  
  
Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed space, featuring a snug double bedroom and a stylish house bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and towel rail. The open-plan living area beckons with its spacious layout, boasting a comfortable sofa and a smart TV for evenings in. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven/hob, microwave, and a dining table for two, ideal for intimate meals together. To the rear, a private hot tub awaits, offering a tranquil spot where you can unwind with a glass of wine in the additional seating area under the evening sky.  
  
Just a short stroll away, a Thai restaurant offers a tantalizing culinary experience, while the nearby village of Wilberfoss boasts a well-stocked village store, post office, and a welcoming village pub. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to fishing spots and golf courses, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors. Venture further afield to explore the iconic attractions of York, including the majestic York Minster, immersive Jorvik Viking Centre, and fascinating National Railway Museum. For seaside adventures, head towards the Yorkshire coast, where charming towns like Bridlington, Hornsea, and Filey await with sandy beaches and scenic walks.
