It's always great to be able to get everyone together, and when we initially didn't have a place to host it this year, this was the solution that saved the day. As a good sized group of friends in our 20s, we were a little concerned about whether we would disturb the neighbors given that the property is shared with the owner, but the rental doesn't share a wall with the main house and though there...

« The house is a work in progress as you can see all the advancements made to modernize it. It was beautiful, fresh, open and wonderful. It suited our needs perfectly! Hot tub a perk and walking distance to pier!Only recommendation is that the drain in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t keep up with the amount of water, so within 5 minutes water is rolling out to the bathroom floor! We just took a quick shower, put a towel down! »

« Convenient parking behind house; nearby areas for walking/nature viewing. The ocean was a short walk from the house with early morning views that were terrific. The house had lots of beds & a good number of bathrooms (all w/ shower/sink/toilet). The kitchen was a little tight when all of our cooks were working (!), but it was supplemented by an extra refrigerator in the garage. We loved the two sitting rooms for spreading out for discussion/reading/needlework. »

« We had a wonderful stay in that house. Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped. The host is exceptionnaly fast to answer questions and to be sure that everything is OK and that we enjoy the stay, with tons of little details / attentions for us. Thank you Katie for everything, we will be back! »
