The Space: This cottage style, custom built townhome was build in 2021\. Situated in a rural neighborhood area but close to both Long Sands and Short Sands Beach ( .6 miles.) This is the perfect place if you want quiet and privacy yet you want to be close to the water, shopping and restaurants. This cottage includes a fireplace (not currently in use), hardwood floors, a full bath on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor, central air, washer and dryer and your own yard and paved driveway. Guest Access: Private entrance and on premise parking. The Neighborhood: Located a short walk to Short Sands Beach and a short drive to Long Sands! Getting Around: A car would be good to have but you can certainly walk to many things! Other Things to Note: During the months of July and August, the cottage is only rented on a weekly basis, from Sunday to Sunday. During the off season, there is a three day minimum. The cottage comes with all amenities except linens and towels. You may rent linens and towels from us for $250\. Please inform host. You may also click on the additional fee for linens, and the host will get that message.
