It is compact, but we had 2 families of 4 (3rd bedroom was the kids room) and it was enough space-we were not there very much. It is on a busy street located about 15 minute walk up the hill from the Dobbs Ferry train station. We came up from the city and did not have a car. We walked to and from downtown Hastings for our event, about a 20 min walk. Uber is available in the area but we ended up walking because the weather was nice. Host provided all necessary information and check in/out was smooth.
