The property itself was great but it did not mention that kids are not allowed in the pool when I booked this hotel which is the main reason we booked this hotel. My 7 yr old was extremely disappointed when we were told she was not allowed to use the pool.

The family room was just perfect for my family of four. It was a large studio(bigger than a typical Japanese hotel room) but had two small refrigerators and two toilets inside the room which is unusual in Japan. Also, a wood floor with a table by the window where you can enjoy coffee with a great city view. I highly recommend this family room for any family visitors.

Good location. Adjacent mall had excellent dining options and easy access directly from hotel. Room was spacious and clean with wonderful view and very comfortable for 3 adults. Large clean bathroom with nice shower. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would stay again when in Yokohama.

The room, room furniture, lobby, floor, elevator, restaurant (Sirius ) are very clean and well maintained. It is really fun to live in a high floor bedroom. The elevator is fast enough to bring me from ground floor to 60th floor. There are plenty of staff on lobby area helping me to check in, store lugguage. All staff are polite. The automatic curtain is amazing.

The room was spacious and the view was amazing. For those points alone I would stay again. However, we were slightly disappointed by cost of facilities as the as the pool and sauna were not free to use (around ¥3,000 per person) and the TV in the room did not have any on-demand options such as movies or streaming.

The hotel claims to be 5*. But really it's 4* at best. Rooms have a great view! Shower and bathroom are great. Bed was comfortable. I just didn't like that you had to phone and book a time to get new towels or house cleaning. Unless you are in Yokohama for something particular. I recommend you stay somewhere closer to Tokyo. Everything from the is hotel is a train ride away. Our second time here. Not that we dislike it. Just, Time for a reno.

Very attentive staff, free water in room daily, accepted my Amazon deliveries. Attached to 3 shopping centers, one with a train that is direct to Shibuya. Excellent views as rooms are on the high floors of the building. Some staff bilingual. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Heat/AC excellent. Room lights all controlled on the headboard of the bed. Very nice 9 night stay.

I was very careless to have left my passport in the room safe when I checked out and departed for Tokyo. The staff were very efficient and helpful. An email was sent to me less than 2hrs after I checked out to inform me about the forgotten items. And with the help of the hotel staff from my hotel in Tokyo (which happened to be the same hotel chain), I managed to contact the hotel front desk and they offered to send the items to me the next day at a minimal cost, which had saved me all the trouble of travelling back to Yokohama. I deeply appreciate the hotel staff's helpfulness and honesty. Losing passport and personal belongings would turn any holiday into a nightmare. The hotel staff had prevented this from happening. I must give five stars for their service! Room and location are also very ideal. I can see Mt Fuji from my room and the cleanliness and convenience of this hotel are top grade. If I go to Yokohama in future, would definitely want to stay here again. It's among the best stay I have experienced!
