I do not understand how it has the numerous positive reviews it does. I feel this hotel had the most deceiving score of any hotel I have ever booked. We had a non-smoking room. The room had no smoking signs in it, but ash trays too?!?! We watched a woman go into her room near ours smoking. The lobby, elevators, halls and rooms smelled like smoke.
