The photo of room is fake. If you book non smoke room, they said just only 5/floor. But, there are just only no window rooms, like as photo. The staff on front desk just only Japanese, cannot communicate with other language, no matter with writing. Too much people smoke in the building. Even the non- smoke room floor, you could smell with second hand smoke. They change me with 650 cost with no refund policy, is terrible after you see the actual room they give you. Moreover, no matter how early you book, they just arrange you their room as they favour, not about your request. I would go complain and get compensation with hotels.com. Die Zimmer sind eher etwas altbacken, die Betten waren aber ok. Das Zimmer war recht groß, dagegen konnte man im Bett als größerer Mensch auf Grund eines Anbaus im Bereich der Wanne nur gebückt duschen. Das Wlan funktioniert, im TV gab es jedoch keine englischsprachigen Sender. Check in Zeit wurde wie fast überall in Japan rigoros eingehalten, obwohl das Zimmer schon klar war. Immerhin konnte das Gepäck aufbewahrt werden.
